Beach, BBQ, Burgers…sound good to you?
Come and meet us at Currimundi Lake (we will aim to get some tables between the toilet block and the playground) at 5pm for some beach games followed by a BBQ dinner. We’ll be car pooling it back to the Greenhouse after dinner to continue with our Youth Alpha series and will finish youth a bit earlier at 8:30pm.
This would be a great night to bring a friend along to!

Today we’ll be visiting QCamel at Bells Creek, doing an educational tour of the camel farm (including cuddles with the camels!), and enjoy morning tea and muffins made using camel milk. The cost, which includes morning tea, is $35.
A minimum of 20 people are needed for this event – please let Del know if you are planning to attend. Visit the QCamel website for more information.

This Friday Surge will be continuing with the Youth Alpha series as well as determining which gender, boys or girls, will come out as the ultimate champions in some fantastic games!

This Friday is the last Surge night for the term…so we’re ending it with a ‘Chill night’. This is not your average chill night though 
Come along this Friday, bring a friend and bring any musical instrument you can play.
Join us as we walk the board walk through the wetlands to the Maroochy River. See hundreds of tiny crabs and a variety of bird life, and visit the educational centre.

Surge is back for term 3 and we thought we’d start out the term with an entire Surge youth night full of all games ‘Chocolate’! Who doesn’t love chocolate right?!

Dinner on the move!
Come along to Surge for a night full of fun and food as we drive to allocated houses for each course of dinner. We will be heading out in cars at 7.15pm and returning to the Church by 9.30pm.

This beautiful garden showcases plants native to the Sunshine Coast region. There are a number of walks, including rainforest walks and through the Whipbird Village lagoon walk.

SURGE invites all year 7-12 high school students to our 2018 YOUTH CAMP!!
We will be heading out to the Grice Macadamia Farm in Maleny for a jam packed weekend of fun and fellowship growing in the knowledge of who God is!
Registration and medical forms will need to be filled out and returned to the SURGE Leaders.

Russell Park is on the western side of the main road through Montville Village. Turn at the Visitor Information Centre, which is the first building from the southern end, and the last building from the northern end.
Come from 10am, for morning tea. After lunch, feel free to browse the shops! BYO chair, morning tea, BBQ or picnic lunch.
The warmer weather is here so that means BEACH NIGHT! We’ll be walking to the beach to play a whole bunch of glow in the dark games. from the Greenhouse. Please wear appropriate footwear for walking to and from the beach.

At our final KKs for the year, we’ll enjoy an early Christmas lunch together, in a private, air-conditioned room, and we can stay on for carolling. Bring a $5 gift for a fun gift exchange.
The cost includes a 2 course meal of honey glazed ham, turkey with cranberry sauce, roast chicken and veggies, followed by traditional Christmas pudding or pavlova (tea and coffee are extra).
