KawanaLife: Operation Christmas Child

shoe box Logo

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse that reaches children in poverty. Each year they go to third world countries and give the children shoeboxes filled with gifts and goodies. They also give the kids the awesome opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.

KawanaLife is pleased to team up with Samaritan's Purse by packing as many shoe boxes as we can. This year we are having a packing party to help make this possible. Details on what is needed to pack a shoe box and the packing party are as follows:

  • Packing a shoebox: For information on how to pack a shoebox click here .
  • Transport Cost: Please note transport and delivery is $10 per box. Please remember to include this payement.
  • Packing party: Saturday the 23rd of September at 9am. Filling unpacked boxes with items purchased. We could really use some toys for girls in the youngest age bracket.
  • Blessing of the Boxes: Sunday the 24th of September at 9:30am. Praying that each box will find its way to the child it's best suited for.
