While there is a need for social distancing due to COVID-19, and particularly until the government directives change, we will be live-streaming our Sunday Celebration through the KawanaLife Facebook group for the time being. If you are a regular attender at KawanaLife, please contact Dony to be joined to the group.
If you are not a Facebook user or are not a regular KawanaLifer, our Sunday Message podcast will still be available on our website as usual.
We’re now able to have a small number of worshippers at the Greenhouse on a Sunday morning.
If you’re keen to get offline and back “in person”, please contact Dony, so we can make sure we don’t go over the number of people who are allowed to be there.
There is still no children’s ministry, and for now, there is no morning tea.
Tuesday 15 December is our final Coffee and a Chat for the year. Join us again after the Christmas break, on 5 January 2021.
Love coffee and enjoy a chat too? Then Coffee and a Chat and you are a match made in heaven! Each Tuesday from 10am, get together with other coffee lovers and catch up over a cup of your favourite. Everyone is welcome. Meet new people or catch up with old friends, at Coffee and a Chat. Meeting at Urban Espresso & Wine in the Lake Kawana Private Hospital complex, Innovation Way, Birtinya.
Tonight is Star Wars night at Surge.
You can come dressed up if you wish (some of the leaders will be).
And if you have never seen Star Wars, never fear (because fear leads to the dark side)! Everything we do on the night will be easily understood by people who have never seen it, so it’s all good. In fact, one of the activities REQUIRES people who have never seen it! We need you!!!
Join us in the Greenhouse this Sunday for worship.
Got kids? Our 11 am service may be of interest to you.
There are still restrictions we have to follow at this service, in line with the current covid-safe requirements:
- until further notice, unless you are able to socially distance, everyone over the age of 12 years must wear a mask
- everyone who attends the Greenhouse must check in with the Check In Qld app
We continue to live-stream our earlier Sunday Celebration through the KawanaLife Facebook group. If you are a regular attender at KawanaLife, please contact Dony to be joined to the group.
If you are not a Facebook user or are not a regular KawanaLifer, our Sunday Message podcast will still be available on our website as usual.
Our services in the Greenhouse are (almost) back to normal, and we encourage you to attend in person if you can. Remember, though, that there are still check in and some mask requirements.
A Sunday Celebration with a twist! This has a different format to our traditional Sunday Celebration, and will include involvement in an interactive format for all ages, especially families with kids. This service isn’t streamed online.

Tonight we face off with a series of challenges. Can you meet the challenges? And can you meet them in 60 seconds?
