Everything God needs to do for believers

If I sent you on a secret mission to obtain something, and gave you the $1,000 you need to purchase it, then you would not need to go beg for that money. Why? Because you already have what you need to get that thing. You have already been given everything you need to fulfil the task you have been asked to do.

Paul tell us that everything God is ever going to do for believers, He has already done. He’s blessed them with “every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.” That is, he has deposited spiritual blessings into every believer’s account. To put it simply… you are in Christ.

These are a few things we are going to look at over the next month or so

• Adoption
• Righteousness
• Inheritance
• Forgiveness
• The Holy Spirit
