There are times when a person that we lead, train, mentor etc, eventually becomes bigger and better than we are. Someone who, for whatever ever reason, will become greater than we are in some area of life. They may be more successful or more acknowledged, more revered or more popular. They may have greater insight or wisdom, have more followers, maybe even take people away from us. How do we respond to this kind of situation?
